Where does myLot take money from to pay to its members?

Sorry if this has been discussed elsewhere - but I think many people would be interested to know about it if it's not a secret. I find it a fantastic opportunity for many, many people around the world to be able to network AND earn some money at the same time. I think it signifies of a "true network" - when the founders of the network are trying to share their revenues with those who bring the true value to it. I have not seen a lot of adverts around just yet. Are you guys planning to advertise on the site a lot in the future? Thanks in advance.
