What do you think?

I play guitar hero at my friends house all the time and I am planning on buying it for myself soon. I havent played guitar hero II yet!!! So where should I buy it and what should I buy? Wireless????

I love to play them both. I heard from a friend that the third one is going to be an '80's version. I think that should be pretty interesting. I am not sure which one I like better. I think the multiplayer mode is better in 2. That is for sure. As for the music, it is a toss up. I guess I can't answer that question.

I like the first one better also. I just bought it earlier this week. There seem to be better songs on the first one that I like.

I absolutely love guitar hero! I personally like the first one better because there are a lot better songs on it. The second one is a little bit harder also. I would love for guitar hero 3 to come out. Everytime i listen to a song I think wow this would be awesome on guitar hero

The reason I got interested PlayStation was GH2! I've played guitar for like 14 years, so this was really a must-have! I haven't played the first GH, but I think this 2 version rocks! In the third one I would like to see more RHCP, RATM, Korn, Metallica, Limp Bizkit.

I like the first Guitar Hero more than the 2nd one as well. I think that there are better songs on it and I'm better at that one too, lol. I can't wait for a third one to come out and I think that they should put some newer songs on it. I think the song Miss Murder would be a sweet song to play. Also maybe some Rob Thomas or the Fray would b sweet ttoo if they could figure out some way to do it.

I think Guitar Hero is brilliant, I used to play guitar so it is great fun! I have not got the second one as yet, but hope to soon.

I love the songs on GH(1) way more than the songs on GH2. But I love challenges and Guitar Hero 2 deffinitly fufills the challenges. When I just want to rock out I stick with the first one. But if you want some crazy finger work deffinitly switch to the sencond one! And try out the songs..."Six", "Miserlou", "The Light That Blinds". Those are my personal favorites on Guitar Hero 2. I would like to see some more Atreyu and Avenged Sevenfold on the third one.

The second one is much better for two reasons: The hammer-ons/pull-offs work much better The songs in Guitar Hero II, even though they might not be quite as good as the songs in Guitar Hero I, are actually challenging. For the most part, Guitar Hero I is way too easy on expert, most of the difficulty being artificially introduced by the poor hammer-on/pull-off mechanics. Case in point: I downloaded the GH1 track packs for the XBox 360, and got 100% on five of the nine songs on expert, whereas I only have five 100%s on expert out of all of the 74 Guitar Hero II songs.
