Where do we go when we die?

I was watching this programme on last night on the tv, it was about whether or not there was an afterlife. It set me thinking on whether there is one or not, where do we go? I believe that we do not die, that our body is just a time capsule and when our time is up we go onto another world/place/dimension. I think we carry on but somewhere new. There must be something in it surely as people see spirits all the time, especially meidums and stuff, so what are other peoples thoughts or experiences?

After we die, there is an afterlife. The afterlife is real,that's all i can say.
