Best Thing abt Eds?

It has been a while since I worked there, but generally it was as good a company as any. Probably the only issue has to do with salary adjustments, which were tightly controlled by HR. It was easier to hire someone at a higher salary than it was to promote from within. As a result, many referred to EDS as the best first and third job you could have. I enjoyed my time at EDS (four years) and learned a lot while I was there.

EDS is a very good place to work. Personally the team I was in, was a very good team, where every team member, including the Boss, was so honest, understand, friendly and caring. EDS, I think, is better than many other Companies, where the Employee comfortableness is not taken care at all. EDS is good for this.
