Final Fate of Neo?

After Neo allowed Smith to overwrite his program, this threw the double anomaly into a state of imbalance which destroyed Smith. In your opinion did Neo also die? Or is he a "Ghost in the Machine" now, existing independant of the flesh like the way he did in Mobil Station (the subway "limbo")?

Really the end of 'revolutions' is up to interpretation. There are a lot of theories out there on what happened to Neo. I do believe that Neo is now a 'ghost in the machine', as his code was now returned to the source. There will probably be other 'ones' in the matrix world now that the code is returned. The Matrix Triolgy is my favorite movies of all time. This was a great question!
