What God says is positive and is very much broader. What people say is limited to his or her personal likes or dislikes. This is personal in nature whereas in God's words, it's unlimited to any positive aspect of human nature. Doing God's words is doing a lot of many things that satisfies or fulfills God's intention even our spiritual lives will be enhanced by doing His very own words or message.
May God bless you.

That in the Holy Bible is broader because it includes everything that men may contemplate while that which people say is in the negative that there is a limit, only those which you don't like to be done to you.

That of the Holy Bible is in the positive while that which men say is in the negative. The positive view is broader as it includes everything while that of the negative view includes on what a particular person does not like to happen to him which he should not do also to others.

The Bible is broader in scope than what people say. The Bible includes everything good but what people say is just limited to what person does not like to be done to him or her which is very limited.

I'm not sure I understand the last sentence. Should it read "Do not do unto others" or just that "Do unto others"
I am not aware that it is what people say. A little clarification will me to help respond better.
