IKobo or Paypal. Which one is better? Help me

i am a newbie in internet transaction. can you give me an advice which one is better and safer to use? ikobo or paypal

I use e-gold and paypal and i think paypel is the best . For all meanings but i'm to am newbie .

i don´t know what ikobo is but paypal is a service very safe,i never had problems with it...
