Can you eat mineral salt?

I always buy Celtic Sea Salt instead of regular salt because of the high minerals and potasium it contains. It is much better for you than refined iodized salt and your body processes it differently than regular salt so you will not get bloating or swelling of joints and ankles. This is my question, the last time I was at the health food store, I purchased Celtic Sea Salt. I decided to get the big bag this time because we go through so much and I thought by buying it in bulk I would save money and trips to the store. When I got it home, I read the package and it is actually mineral salt. I bought a 5 pound bad and had already opened it before I noticed. It looks exactly the same and even seems to taste the same. Can I use this as regular salt or will I get sick? I know I can use it in my bath ecetera but I just wanted to know the difference between table sea salt and mineral sea salt for the bath.

yes it surely is far better than the regular salt.I can tell you that because i had a class lesson where i studied the effects of minerals on nutrition ( i study food technology uni) and there are more high substances in it than a regular salt.enjoy it with other healthy products!
