i love fried seafoods like fish and shrimps.. they taste really really nice and they are also healthier than frying meat like pork and chicken which may result to high blood pressure.

I dont know if you know this but shrimp is not a health food. Its full of cholesterol. Maybe I spelled that right? But even so I still love fried shrimp. Tofu is great too. Its a way to make a good thing bad.

oooooh, this is a good one...here's what I fry:
zucchini, carrots, snow peas, water chestnuts, broccoli, cauliflower, apples (yes, in a little butter! YUMMMMM)... goodness, with a little seasoning, a LOT of foods can be fried (stir fried or otherwise).
