Need Traffic to Website

I have a website and need to get traffic to it. I don't have a alot of money to spend on this though. I have tried some of the traffic exchange programs but I don't think that I am getting real good results. If anyone knows any ways of going about this that is not real expensive please let me. I really am not very smart where all of this is concerned.

I wish I could help you but it looks like Oldbuddy gave you some good advice. I agree that quality traffic is better than just traffic. I went to your site. I hope that helps some.
