Yummmmmy, sounds good. I favor a good old fashion chocolate chip with nuts the most though. Big, and sandwitched with ice cream.

I like the chocolate chip cookies from the toll house recipe. With one change. If you use all butter the cookie is very crunchy and almost hard. If you use all margarine, the cookies is chewy and too soft. If you use half butter & half margarine, the texture is perfect.

I don't have a recipe. Pillsbury doesn't make it. But, my favorite cookie is a nicely, freshly baked Oatmeal Raisin cookie. I love it.

Triple Chocolate Cookie Mix
Ingredients
1 One-Quart Mason Jar
2-1/4c. All Purpose Flour
1tsp. Baking Powder
1/2tsp. Baking Soda
1/4tsp. Salt
1/2c. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1c. Packed Dark Brown Sugar
1/2c. Granulated (White) Sugar
1/3c. Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1/3c. White Baking Chips
3/4c. Cooled, Melted, Unsalted Butter
3 Eggs
1tbs. Vanilla Extract
Preparation
To prepare ahead, put all dry ingredients (first ten) in mason jar. Layer them for a more decorative look.
To make cookies, combine the butter, eggs and vanilla in a bowl. Stir in the contents of the jar just until mixed. Drop batter by rounded tablespoons, two inches apart, onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350*F for 10-13 minutes, or until middle is just barely firm. It will finish cooking while cooling. Cool on baking sheet for a minute or two. Using a spatula, gently remove cookies from cookie sheet to make sure they don't stick. Allow cookies to cool completely and enjoy.

My favorite cookies are soft baked chocolate chip. I don't like hard cookies. They just taste nasty and dry to me. The best are the gormet ones. Those are really good and I will eat a whole container if Ihad the chance. Thank goodness I have self control.
