what suggestion will u give to bcci while picking up national squad?

do u think bcci should be more clear how they select the team, how players are selected into national squad.,what suggestion will u give

Treat every one equal. both the star players and fresh faces. do justice equally. and appreciate the good play and reward accordingly. punish the under-ferforming ones. let cricket be the main focus... and not victory, centuries, or statistics..
Are they doing all this?
