lose atleat 15 kgs this year

hi , Like all teenagers (ofcourse i'm not the one)me too have a resolution this year!!! Yeah ,i should seriously make my weight reduction programme work out!!I'm overweight by 25kgs and my doc have advised me to reduce it at any cost...I tried my level at doing all kinda dieting, exercising,even joined a nearby aerobic class dumping heavy bucks!!!!psst in no way i look reduced rather slim!!Anybody can give me suggestions ? ofcourse i recently joined with yoga class.Let me see how far it works out.Thanks folks.

Just don't eat a lot of snacks, and resist the temptation to eat a lot. Also exercise at least an hour a day, and you'll slowly but surely get fit :)
