i found doctors earning money....through wrong way

one week back i met with a person, he is walking with a medicines prisciption, he approched many medical shops. he didnt get and the people in that shope are not even heard the brand mentioned in that priscription. but he get medicine frm a particular shope.He compelled to purchase it by giving tha maximum, even though some othe good brand medicines available at lowest prise in medical shops.But he compelled to buy that particular medicine cos doctor marked in that priscription " do not substitute".i asked about it to a friend working in pharma field. he said , it is a game planed by doctor and that particular shope. doctor receives money frm that shope for writting that particular unpopular brand medicine. Is it justice?
