I am from India. Here in our country the food habits and dishes vary from state to state and every state it does have its own speciality. This is basically because of climatic diversity. The states from Northern part of the Country are too Cold during Winter and too hot during summer and the ststes from southern part of the country are moderate. Similarly other states lying in the other other two directionas are also having a moderate season! So here we find varairty of dishes vailable! They are commonly available now adays in any part of the country because of good number of restaurants operating all most all parts of the country. What I mean to say is one can enjoy south India food i the restaaurants situated in the northern part of the Country!
I like typical Indian style cooked non Vegetarian Dishes. May then it be Meat, Chicken or Fish. All the states they have their own way of cooking the non veg dishes and I almost relish all of them. We Indians use lot of spices and make the Non Veg dishes bit hot! The taste of the spices makes the Non Veg dish a special one and thats the reason why we Indians feel the Non Veg preparations from other countries as a balnd in taste and aroma.
Biryani is one of my favorite dish . It is believed that it was the dish introduced by Mughals when they used to rule India. Now itis a popular dish in India and is prepared all most in all parts of India. It is a mixture of Rice and meat cooked together along with special spices with a lot of care and intense technique. A good biryani can be a permenant memory in ones mind if one is a fan for a good non Vegetarian dish! If ever happen to visit India I strongly recommend to taste Biryani without fail along with other Non vegetarian dishes!

I am a North Indian, where we have spicy food (Punjabi). But we have been living in Gujarat (Western India) for 10 years and have now developed a taste for it. Gujarati Food has often some sugar added in all its recipies. My personal favourites are Shrikhand, which is a sweet dish. Then we have Undhiyu is made of mix vegetables and is normally prepared on 14 January (Makar Sankranti) every year when Gujaratis have it enjoying kite festival.

Wow! What a question that stir you up your stomach for some food!I can say that I love to eat chicken in every way that can be cooked:fried,or boiled .But the best about chicken is the accessories that you put beside and here I mean to some garlic sauce! What a good meal you will have!Just try to taste in this way some fried chicken and you will see that the benefits will be multiple.Because I have already said too much and eating to less ,I finish here the story about Loving Chicken!!!!!!!!!!!

Love anything that has garlic in it. I probably cook with garlic three or four times out of the week. I try to put it in things other than pasta because too much pasta can be bad for you.
