marry a career woman??

Yes, she has to be given the permission to work. The reason being simple. If she has been married knowing well that she is a person who wants to pursue the career then there is no point in holding her back. So she deserves to continue with her work. It is though different if she herself opts out of job option.

I think it is just right to give a woman permission to work unless there are some health issues. Also, if there are certain agreement before marriage. The man should fully understand what he is asking to his spouse...it is something that is hard to give up. I am a career woman but ofcourse, that depends on the agreement before marriage. But as for me, I will definitely want to continue working as long as i can fulfill my responsibility as a mother (if we have kids)..
