anxiety on rejections

what kind of stress or anxiety you face,when you get rejected for an interview. though i dont loose all hopes,but i really feel very low and discouraged for some time.i try to cope with it by diverting my mind and i keep trying further.

yes it is very stressful when you apply for a job, and you get rejected as I wanted that job as it suited me, and so I find that I can get very stressed and upset that someone else received that job, and it makes me feel very depressed that it takes me a few days to get over it.

It can be tough being rejected for a job interview but you have to remain positive and not give up. You will find someone that will offer you a job and it just takes time and patience to find that job. I think companies have stricter standards now than they used to when hiring. Try not to think about it too much. Also, maybe you have family or friends that can help you practice with your interview skills. Keep you head up and keep trying.
