By crust, I am assuming you mean egg shell, and by red I am assuming you mean brown. There are brown eggs and there are white eggs. There is no difference between the two. The color difference is due to the specific breed of the hen. Hens with white feathers and white earlobes will lay the white eggs, and hens with red feathers and red earlobes will lay the brown eggs. Other then color, there is no difference in taste or nutritional value.

Not one iota of difference.
As a rule of thumb the color of the earlobe will tell you what color of egg you'll get.
Also there are far more than just brown or white eggs.
There are blue, green, rust, peach, any many variations inbetween. ever heard of An arcuna? or an Ameracuna? the are sometimes called easter egg chickens. My ameracunas lay different shades of green.
I could fry you up a batch of each, and send them to a nutritionist, and neither would be able to tell the difference.
Some people claim that eggs from the farm are richer. Actually there not, there just fresher. An egg looses its richness after about 10-12 days.

I have had both. I didn't see any difference in taste at all. But organic eggs taste better.

They are exactly the same just different colors. They taste the same.
