How to became a top user ?

Well, you have to spend a lot of time on mylot, keep postings and giving comments. That's all you have to do.

Not an easy task for non-spammers. I've never made top user status, and it will take a long time for that to ever happen, if it does. To get to top user status you must: Post quality topics/discussions. People will respond to these discussions more than they will to spam topics. Post quality replies to topics/discussions. You get paid more for this as well. Post often. The more you reply to topics, the faster your rating increases. I think top user status is chosen by the number of posts by each user each day. I could be wrong about this since I'm still pretty new to this site myself.
