You give money for charity?

Do you like the idea of giving some of your earnings to the needy and poor as charity? If so, do you give it to some fund collecting agency? or you give it yourselves? Or, do you think, charity doesnt make a difference?

Depends on if I think the organization is efficient, in that most of the money I donate will actually go to the place where I want it to. Otherwise, I mostly rather donate my time (volunteering) rather than money, because I think I can have more of an impact that way.

When I can, I give. For example there Mira who is an organism that give dog to blind sells pin every year for 5$. Every year I buy one.
Also most of the times I give my change when I go shopping and I see people collecting money for whatever. I know I don't give much but if everyone gives it can make a difference :)
