Seeing movie like RDB, it is hard to find any flaws. But, I personally could not find couple of things in the movie very convincing:
a. The character of Aamir. He is a class actor but his portrayal much younger to his age was unjust.
b. Blaming the pilot for the crash. Most of the times when a MiG crashes, it is categorically mentioned that it is not a pilot error. This movie defied that fact.
c. Deification of the assassins. Probably, the worst part in the movie. I did not like the fact that the subject matters were made Gods in the end of the movie.

But when we say class, it has to be class in every aspect. So many hollywood movies have come in the past and are being produced even today that seem impeccable. The problem in Bollywood is that class movies also have some very conspicuous flaws. Becomes hard to ignore and forgive :-)

Indeed. That was another flaw in the movie but on the whole the movie was very close to reality. The best part is that movies like RDB and Lage Raho Munnabhai are giving new directions for protest. During reservations protest, people used candles.

Fully agreed!!! Firing is the last option that any government exercises no matter how grusome the crime is.
