Have you even been in a protest?

I have been in several. They weren't the flashy, "look at me type protests (read Cindy Sheehan type) Rather they were peaceful, logical protests. I have protested everything from unfair collegiate rules at Purdue University, to Cindy Sheehan herself. I am sure most protests have no affect, but this will not curb my enthusiasm.

I have never been in a protest before but I have witnessed some protests near my work place. They were protesting their pay and their benefits with the company. They were holding up signs but at least they were not loud or being rude about it. I doubt they made a difference since it was a small group of people. I think it would take most of the people in the company for the management make changes.
