why all new ideas start in US

why does all new great ideas like youtube, myspace, million$ pixel ads, google start from US only. Why does not other peopl in other countries like UK, China, Japan, India start their own ideas? I see only US dominating the Internet & business world.

most of new idea create from USA, but not all new ideas start from USA.
