The headline in today's newspaper screamed,It's 22degeees in New York and 5 degs in New Delhi.It has not snowed in the entire east coast of US and most of the ski resorts in Europe,located at lower altitudes are using artificial snow for their slopes.It may surprise alot of people but actually-and this has been proved by sattelite images- that the global weather patterns of the planet is controlled by the temperature of ocean currents.With the rise in global temperature,more snow melts in the Artic and Antartic,which results in more inflow of cold and fresh water in the oceans.This changes the temp.& the salinity of ocean waters.The result is ,wierd weather patterns across the entire planet.
