good for you man !
however a little warning is due , most quitters relapse before they complete one year , so keep it up !
i suggest you engage in activities that constantly remind you of your health condition , like swimmimg or running ,because every time you feel breathless , you renew your strength and determination to never go back to smoking .
also volunteering in chest wards in local hospitals might help .

Congratulations! This is a great accomplishment for you, but now you need to be on guard now so that you don't "relapse". It is important to constantly remind yourself of how good you feel without smoking and about the health benefits of quitting. Urges come out of nowhere, so be prepared to say "NO WAY" if you get the urge to smoke. One puff leads to a pack a day, so don't give in to a single urge. Keep it up!! Hopefully you will inspire others and be able to help them to quit.
