It’s a simple question. The obvious answer would be because there bad people evil if you will. Another answer would be because of greed. Money dose affect nearly everything. Maybe out of boredom. But an answer you probably didn’t thing of is for necessity. Normal people just trying to survive. I bet you’re thinking “No way would I ever steal or rob anyone”. I bet you have a job, maybe you have a wife/husband, children, and mortgage or maybe you’re a teenager living with your parents. Lets say one day the place you work closes. Maybe you work in a big company or factory. Maybe the branch you work for has not been performing as well as another branch. Of course you don’t know it’s not doing as well, it is the job of those big shot guys in New York or some big shot city. They will look at the branches performance and go “mmm.. this figures bigger than this figure, close this down”. What the hell do they care how they close down. They just care about the size of the profit thus the price of their shares. This is what I like to call corporate genocide. Maybe this doesn’t happen lets say that the company is pulling a scam to raise there share or something that we don’t know about the stock markets. Have you every watched those stock market shows. Only about 1% of us understand them. Anyway what if right before the big drop in share prices the biggest guys in the company all sell there share simultaneously. Hey; it happens; and most of time they get away with it. Maybe this doesn’t happen but what if the main shareholder of the company decides “mmm.. I want more money… Oh I’ll sell all my shares.. and make another billion to add to the pile.” Hey maybe you just forgot to set your alarm and got fired for being late to work. Imagine any of these situations and basically put; your out of a job; about 20% (probably more) of the whole towns out of a job(maybe state, maybe city, maybe county); since the company’s is in the crapper no retirement money; no nothing; just some nominated guy telling you to go home because management is afraid to do it themselves. I know what you’re thinking I’ll just get another job I’ve got a lot of experience and skills but the 100 other guys who just got fired along with the other 23% of America that’s unemployed. 23% I think you mean 5.5% I hear you cry. 5.5% is the number of Americans on welfare. The other 18% do not qualify for welfare. HUH don’t qualify for welfare what do you mean. A little fact you might not know about welfare you can only be on it so long before they give up on you and take it away because they think you’re not looking for work. But I’m not living in America some of you are saying. Consider your self lucky and try to stay on the right side of America and don’t have anything valuable like oil of America will start a war with you. If you Mexican I’d be very worried, I’m not insulting Mexico, I’m just worried that Bush is coming for their oil next. Oh yes lets get back on track so you’re American, Unemployed, there about to take you’re welfare. Where is the money to come from to feed you’re family or even just yourself. Unbelievable there is 35million Americans living in poverty is it that unbelievable that it could happen to you. 10% of American own 80% of the wealth. Break that down; the other 90% of the population owns 20% of the wealth. Now let’s say one of your family members gets sick. That’s not that unbelievable; 1 in 3 of us is affect by cancer. Look at the amount of people who smoke, go to a bar look at the amount of people smoking around you. If you don’t smoke you will realize how smoky the bar is. Even look at the bar tender, he might not smoke but look at the amount of second hand smoke he is breathing in, Oh yes second hand smoke kills. Guess how many American’s do not have Health Insurance. “3 million” ‘higher’ “5million” ‘a lot higher’ “20 million” ‘still to low try 45 million’. Do you know how much it cost to see a doctor in America? Well it cost $80 just to sit in the waiting room. Do you know how much it cost to see a doctor in Canada, or the UK or Ireland? $0.00 and America makes fun of Canadians and the Irish. So what would you do… would you let the person you love die in slow pain or would you do something about it…. I know what I would do.. Just think before you judge anyone again think a little deeper.. think what would you do?
