How do you feel if you get your local newspaper at your door at 4 pm !!!!

Everyone like reading the newspaper early morning with cup of tea or coffee and some people read it before they go to bathroom. This fact for most of the people in the world. Why I'm telling you that. You pay to subscribe (membership fees)to receive your local newspaper and you expect it at your door early morning but suddenly you discover there is no newspaper till 4 pm. You call to complain that everyone in our world must receive it early morning, they answer that is normal for people in our city.
This true story happened with me in one of Canadian city (with all respect for Canada).
Now, can you tell me receiving late newspaper normal in your city !!!!!

You didn't tell me how you feel personally about the late. This is not the way to get more customers and to grow the business. An example, in my city Hamilton, you must receive newspaper to you door before 6 am by adult and in the same time they help students by let them deliver flyers two times every week.
