Were you happy with the college you went to?

i went to rutgers for psych. the program was great. plenty of research opportunities because its such a large school. now im in med school aiming ot be a psychiatrist. as for tcnj vs rutgers... tcnj is smaller and quiet if that's what you're looking for. for me that seemed a little dull and i opted for the bigger bustling school. there was so much to do there it was great.

I actually went to The College of New Jersey in Ewing, NJ for Psychology. I was happy with the program and felt I got a really good liberal arts education as well as a strong background in psychology. The professors there are really accessible and you are able to do internships, independent studies, and work with professors on their research and projects. During my time in the program I presented research at the Eastern Psychological Association conference, was the teaching assistant for 2 of my favorite professor's classes, and conducted my own reasearch for my senior project. I'd definitely recommend the program. I also have a friend who went to Montclair University and double majored in communication and psychology. She really liked it there too.
