Good for Exercising

As we all know "badminton" is good for getting loss of weight. It can help our bones to be more stronger and flexible. I am a player of badminton for 3 years. It's really good playing it because it makes me relax, i loose weight and keeps me active always. I recommend that badminton is safe way to loose weight.
