Well if you are talking about non fattening fruit unlike mangoes you can eat as much fruit as you like. It will help your skin become nicer, will fill your tummy and not put on any extra pounds as well.

Here in Australia the reccomended amounts for a healthy diet are five servings of vegetables and two servings of fruit every day. I love fruit -especially the summer fruits. I love stone fruits (nectarines and peaches) and tropical fruits (pineapple, mango, paw paw which I think you call papaya in the US) I have to watch how much fruit I have because I am a late onset diabetic :( otehrwise I could live in it (tomatoes are a fruit and that is my favourite!!)

5 fruits and vegetables a day is the recomended ammount
from you rother posts you trying to loose weight?
try to avoide the more sugary fruit
go for more like berrys ect

consume atlest an apple in a day.. it gives the anti toxin to our body..
