Can scientist slove the problem of global warming?

One of the most probelm of world is global warming.Day by day the temprature of our world is raising.If the temprature rise like this one day our world will collaspe.Can scientist have any solutoins for this world wide problem?Are they really abel to solve this problem?

in delhi the entire public transportation and most of the private transportation has been converted to CNG.....still the weather cycle of delhi is completely crazy and unpredictable.....maybe the reason is that even though air pollution is being taken care of ...water and land pollution is still untouched
