How do you get over a cold???

I have a stuffy nose and I cant breathe!!! Any advice?? I cant take and otc's because Im pregnant other than tylenol, but it doesnt work! Help!

if your pregnate and having trouble breathing you need to see a doctor

well Im doing better this morning, I slept next to a humidifier,... think it may have helped a little.
