to pet some birds and animals in the cage ! what are the aspects

People use to pet some birds and animals in the cage i dont think that it is good . what do you think ? What are your approaches for this? thank you .

people who keep animals and birds should really be punished...that is not the way to keep animals or birds..if we people are kept like that than would we like it no..so we must think that they are also living being..

Even i thinks its bad to keep their pets at cage.those who do these should also be kept in cage to relaise dat how it feels to be in cage.
