Can I find a reasonablely priced web designer here or elsewhere on the net?

I am looking to start a new web site with mainly articles and health tidbits. I am looking for someone to design a unique site. while I know there are free web design tools out there, I really don't have time to work on it as I do work full time and play here alot (at least the last week that I've been on). So, if you have a good idea about a new web design or just want to try something out, please drop me a line or tell me something about how to find someone competent that may want to help.
