i want to study in abroad.i live in bangladesh.i have completed my graduation degree in computer science & now i want to complete my masters i information technology.for some reason my cgpa got down .it is 2.80 .so i have check requirement of canadian & usa universities.their requirement is cgpa atleast 3.so can i get a chance to get admission in canadian & usa universities???it is my dream.so what should i do???how can i apply those universities.please help me out
