Is saddam's execution Justified

Hi All, Finally Saddam's Chapter comes to an end, but do u think his execution is justifed. The way his trial went the judge got changed and his advocates got killed and finally he was hanged in a hury. Though he did commit crims but didn't it seems like Bush has done all this because of his personal haterade towads Saddam and he is getting US soldiers to pay the price of that in Iraq. To me even Bush is responsible of getting 3000 US marines killed. what do u guys say...
