What do you find to be the pros of working from home? What are the cons?

I am a work at home mom and I love it. I am curious how many work at home moms (or dads) are out there and what do you find to be the best and worst of working from home.

For me there is absolutely NOTHING bad about working from home you make your own housrs you save money on babysitters/daycare and your home with your kids!!! The buisness i'm with I also get to communicate with other team members!! So i get the whole need to tak to other people thing out too!! I love working from home!!!
