Wasn't sure if this was going to be a hit and whave been surprise the story line and plots so far have been interesting. The stars have played the parts better tha I had expected and program so far has enough orginal plots that it doesn't seem like a copy of some other cops and lawyer show.

I agree the show is doing well; specially, this past Thursday when Shark beat ER in the ratings. Its a well casted show and I expect CBS to renew the show. CBS made a smart decision giving this show the spot after CSI: Las Vegas everybody just needed to be patient, as some new shows take awhile to get great ratings.

I don't get to catch the show all the time (which is silly now that I have a DVR) but when I do see it I tend to enjoy it. I must admit that part of my enjoyment is seeing Los Angeles, which I moved from 2 years ago having lived there 45 years. But the cast is good, and so far not too many recycled plots.

I like most show dealing with law. This show however, has a great script so far. You have a group of young lawyers that have potental but need guidence. They are being guided by an egotistical male. The good thing is that Shark is on the side of the good guys. Shark wants the truth no matter what it is and he will get it no matter what he has to do to get it. The underlining story here is the relationship between shark and his daughter. It is not easy balancing work and home.
I look forward to this show every week.

I really love this show. I DVR it so I do not miss an episode. James Woods is great and some of the shows are produced by Spike Lee. I like seeing the interaction between Shark and his daughter. How they are just getting to know each other and how he is just turning into a good guy.

James Woods and Danielle Panabaker are great together and she was the reason I tuned into the show. She has been on several shows that I enjoyed watching with my daughter. After looking for more information about Danielle, discovered she is graduating from college at 19 and finished high school when she was 14. Right now, she is on the National Dean's List, only 2.5% of college students are on it and its based on academic achievement.

The first time I watched "Shark", I knew it would be one that I would watch again. The characters are likeable and enjoy learning more about with each episode. I question the validity of the DA's office becoming so involved in events that should be performed by police officers. I thought that the DA's office was about prosecuting and they hired people to do the investigations for them. Maybe I am wrong, please correct me if I am.

I've really enjoyed this show. James Woods is very good in the role and they have come up with some interesting plots. It's not the same as other law shows which is good. They've managed to make something fresh and intriguing. Everyone of the episodes I've enjoyed. They have found the right balance between humor and seriousness to keep your rooted to it. I hope it is one they keep around.
