It is very difficult to choose between the two as both the characters are totally different from each other.Raven is smart but Chelsea is portrayed as dumb.But I think she is not dumb she is just innocent.After some thought I choose Chelsea coz she supports raven in whatever she does.She is a good friend.What about Eddie?
