India's dismal show in Southafrica! who is responsible?

I felt very bad and disheartened to see indian team crash in south africa. They have been earning lot of money through cricket and have enough resources to field the best possible team to defend the nation's pride, But still if they let us down again and again means who should take responsibility now?
I am not asking for a clean sweep of all matches or a thumping victory but still they have to fight till the end and compete if not win. It is their spineless performance that hurt me so much.
So please post your views as whom should take the axe and wat should be done to clean the system?

dont you think that team management, which makes bad selection and strategy is also responsible equally as the seniors who have to follow the australian way of quiting the game if they no longer fit to play.
