well u have to set up an e-gold account or a paypal account for the e-gold account i know that u can sell it with your e-gold exchanger in your country to get the real cash..

You will need to have an account set up at Paypal or egold or some other similar service. If you have at least ten dollars at the time of dispersal they will automatically transfer your money to the pay service. Hope this helps.
