i am worried about my hairs...

i am losing them... what i think the reason is stress and overwhelmness... its not inherited though.... what do you think...?

Loss of hair at a very tender age has become a common disorder these days. It causes a great deal of concern to persons affected by loss of hair, especially Indian women who regard good hair growth with thick long hair as a sign of beauty.The healthy condition of the hair depends, to a very large extent , on the intake of sufficient amounts of essential nutrients in the daily diet. Hair is made of protein and adequate protein is necessary for luxuriant hair. Women require 60 grams, men 80 to 90, adolescent boys and girls 80 to 100 grams of protein. It is supplied by milk, buttermilk, yogurt,soyabean, eggs, cheese, meat and fish. A lack of vitamin A may cause the hair to be caurse and ugly. A deficiency of some of the B vitamins, of iron, copper and iodine may cause hair disorders like falling of hair and premature greying. Lack of inositol causes loss of hair. Any person having trouble with his or her hair should eat foods rich in inositol such as yeast, liver and molasses.

i think i should concentrate over ma diet... but i stay worried about ma physches too... :p i don't wanna get tummy since am just 25 :p.... lemme work on ma diet now... thanks for your valuable suggestions...

The main problem for hair loss is low quality of diet being taken.Eat green leaft vegitables.Take more fiberous things in your diet.Eat orange and sweet lime after lunch and dinner.Also exercise every day, and remain free from stress.Do meditation everyday.Also do massage your head daily two times by applying a good oil.This will certainly reduce your hair loss problem.

Hey i too have the same problem but i have noticed one thing from the day i have started it try not to wash ur hair every day instead wash it 2 times a week and wash it with Mineral water. this might help hair falling cause i am doing the same thing i use about 1x2 bottle of water and it has stopped. but on the other side yes Stress , and Family thing can make ur hair fall.....

hi, why don't u put hair oil? it has gel like effect and at the same time ur hair can be protected

you might be under a big stress... how did you lose your hair? or how are you losing it? it is often okay to be losing a few hair occasionally.. but not like losing a bunch of it. if it happens, better consult your doctors.

loseing hair is natural, as we get older our body loses chemicals that makes our hair grow.so theres nothing you can do about it. you just have to learn to live with it.because you can take anything that will restore that chemcial.but you can buy rogain an see if the helps

Well stress is one of the reason for losing hair. So it could be in your case. but sometimes its a genetic malfunctioning even when the other members of family are not experiencing suc a problem. So, the best thing will be to change your routine and make it less stressful. Also try to consult some good doctor.
