Sachin who was once my biggest admiration ,who was once believed as the GOD of cricket, who was a symbol of style and elegance seems to have forgotten the game..He seems to be a burden for our team.I strongly believe that he should be dropped.Which will never take place as long as the cricket is a game played in 'selection committee conference room'.So atleast Sachin should show his team spirit and walk out of the team

Well my friend! Before going to respond to your discussion, I would like to express my opinions of the present scenario of the present INDIAN team and players.
As you said Sachin was the war horse of the INDIAN cricket team. But you have to know that he is the pill of confidence in the team. Though he has been not playing as he did in the past, he is now playing a good cricket steadily. He knows what is required by the team and what is expected of him and he does it.

my dear friend we need to consider alot of things here, he is not 23 0r 24 years old sachin now, and he is around since 16 years of age, and he was out of the team because of injuries, he is slowly coming back in to his grooves, I think we shall soon see a sachin we all knew

hey
sorry to just distract you but you know what i would like to say that now india is at the peak of its what we say bad form and it is not only that any of the one person is responsible for it.
whether the qestion is:
Q.should sourav be made the captain of the team?
Q.is sourav giving the team what people were expecting after his come back?
Q.sehwag is not playing good?
Q.tendulkar out of form?
Q.dravid took this or that decision wrong?
Q.the coach is not good?
Q.the coach is more a politician?
Q.wrong decision of the board of taking this bowler in the team whereas the other one was required?
Q.coach taking gangully case personal?
......
and many mre
do not you people think that all what is happening is not good and what these people are doing is just decreasing their world cup chances?
do not you think that it is not the problem with one person whole team is responsible?
wrong strategies,bad form...
what is this
is this what indian team has to show to the world that we are the one?

C'mon man do you really know what you are talkin? You are saying that a LEGEND like sachin is burden for the team.Let us be practical.Every player goes through a slump.Even sachin went through this kind of a phase in 1997 if u remember, the next year he went onto score 11 centuries. His figures speak for him.The same was the case before the 2003 worldcup. But again he went on to become the most successful player of the tournament (Shoaib akhtar would never forget that over for his entire life).Sachin will definitely get back into form. And more over this kind of crticism is coomon.People praise him when his performing and they critcise him when he is not performing. All this wont make sachin a burden for the team.Think again man, you are talkin about a player who has around 70 international centuries and almost all the records a batsman can have to his credit.

i also think that sachin should retire as he is no longer the sachin we used to see. he should give way to youngsters.
no doubt that he has been a greatest players india has ever produced but u cannot depned on u r laurels all the time and u need to deliver.
