science students need more PAY!

hello everyone once again . how many of u are science master's and how many among these are unsatisfied by the amount of salary we are getting from the government????????as technology is advancing day by day science as a research area is still behind to get it's pure essence ad pure respect. we need science in our daily life to get solutions of many problems but students are now gng away
it's all due to less money or smething else?

I am a commerce student, but i think i can comment on this topic. Yes the remuneration structure in govt research centre is low according to the private sctor market thats why people who are passed out from various elite universities of india are going abroad or joining private sector to earn more. I think it should be upgraded according to the market trend.
But why students forget that, govt can't pay you more because when you were studying in some govt. college with less fees other than any other institution, those extra charges were borned by govt. so i think wih the increase pay Govt also increase its fee structure in college so as to balance the equation...am i right ??
