should use alchohal before 19 years ?when did u start it?

alchohal is a cheerful liquid but is very harmful also. 20% of people die who suffer from alchohal. but i want only discuss on this is good or bad if u start to use before 19 yers or after 19 years or after more.. time..?

alkohal is a majer problem of global world ,there are millions of people are die by the alcohal , but in the age of 19 is a vrry diffecult matter because the organ are in this stage are very weak they can`t able to capable to fight with alcohal , that`s accourdin to me alcohal is not for under 19.
