what u think employees unnecessary do strikes to favour their demands?????

yaa nowadays worker r also using unfairmeans 2 agre 2 their demands

Well, obviously employees go on strike to help their situation but don't forget it costs them too! I remember a big event a few years back when our fire brigade went on strike, they had to ask for donations in order to keep their family going! So no, I don't think they do it unecessarily.
