why only five minutes? it is reward based. if the reward is more or matching to my effort (laughing), intelligent people can laugh for the whole life even. just consider, if it is rewarded like 500 dollars per minute of laughing,i think all are ready.

i think that it is really tough to do it even if someone does that he will have a nasty stomach ache after he does that but a continuous one is really difficult
