india had always held talks with pakistan but is that enough to solve the problem in kashmir.give the best solution.is WAR a good solution.

War is definately not good and pakistan doesnt believe in talks!
To make thing possible both the countries have to make an effort not just mere one!
I dont think there is any method to solve kashmir issue, rather than pakistan shedding its ego and accepting what it is as of now
