I just read an article that the FDA has approved a drug for dogs that will help them lose weight..... You've got to be kidding me!!!! First, dogs (and cats too for that matter) only eat what their owner gives them, so there is no excuse for an overweight dog except for an owner who is not taking responsibility to keep their animal healthy. We do such "unnatural" things to our pets!! It's just not fair to them. I've seen people who feed their dogs right off the table... with forks even!! That is completely ridiculous. It's not healthy for them to eat most of the food we do! The approval of this drug is just another excuse for humans to be too lazy to take proper care of their pets. If your beloved pet is putting on pounds it's your own fault! Cut back on the portions you are feeding him/her and take them on extra walks to get more excercise... don't shove a pill down their throat and keep feeding them too much!!

That is messed. Also you will notice on the AP newswire hit for this they say twice it is not for human consumption so lazy people can't take 1 themselves and 1 for the doggie but how much you want to bet that there will be a few idoits out there that will and get Kidney damage or something from this.
