Would you go under the Knife to look better?

ever thought of having liposuction, nose lift, facial lift, breast augmentation etc? i've had a few friends who really tried the power of science and technology in order to look even beautiful. they have altered what GOD has given them because they think their noses or their breasts are not fitted for them. i for one am not against.but i don't think i can bear the pain of undergoing into this kind of procedure. But then if someone wants to do this, If she/he can afford the costs associated with it, if it will make her/him more confident inside and out, and that the result will make her/him a more productive individual, then i say "GO FOR IT". act on what you think will make you even more better,more beautiful than you are right now.
